What types of buildings and clients do you work with?

Commercial offices, shopping centres, healthcare facilities and mixed-use developments across Australia. Our clients include property developers, institutional landlords, asset managers and facilities management providers. We work on new builds, major refurbishments and upgrades to existing assets.

Can you help with existing buildings, not just new ones?

Yes. Many of our engagements involve existing buildings: BMS upgrades, security system replacements, technology audits and lifecycle planning. We understand the limits of working in a building that's in use and connecting to older systems.

Do you install or sell equipment?

No. We're independent and aren't tied to any vendor or product, so our advice follows your outcome. We help you specify, procure and oversee the service providers who supply and install it.
